Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded (250 g)
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce (290 g)
  • ? cup celery, diced (110 g)
  • ? cup red onion, diced (35 g)
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 leaves butter lettuce
  • blue cheese, crumbled, for garnish, optional
  • green onion, sliced, for garnish, optional

Shred chicken, and mix with bbq sauce, celery, and onion. Serve on butter lettuce leaves, and season with salt and pepper and garnish with blue cheese and green onion. Serve with ranch dressing.
