We deliver 7 days/week, 365 days/year from 10am to 8pm Pacific Standard Time.

Our Grocery Delivery Fee is $25, $35 for Alcohol delivery, $40 for a combination of both grocery and alcohol delivery within the same order. Restaurant Delivery is $15 when combined with a grocery order.

Our service fee includes shopping, unpacking your order and putting your groceries away in your home or vacation property. Canadian taxes are 5% (GST), British Columbia provincial taxes are 7% (PST) and liquor taxes are 10%.

We accept Visa or MasterCard. You can determine which method you wish to use during the checkout process. All orders must be prepaid prior to delivery.

If you wish to change an order, log into your account or contact us via email with the items you would like to change (add or delete) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery time and we will make adjustments on your invoice and either send you a credit or send you link to pay the difference owing.

Canceling an order can be completed by logging in to your account or by contacting us via email and stating your name, order number, and request for cancellation. Orders need to be cancelled 24 hours prior to your delivery date. If it is later than that a $20.00 cancellation fee will be incurred. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on any groceries once they have been shopped and delivered.

We deliver daily to all of Whistler. Your items will be delivered to your room and put away prior to your arrival, OR if you are already here between the hours of 10am to 8pm. We are proudly serving all hotels, condos, resorts and home to homes throughout Whistler, from Function Junction to Wedgewood neighborhoods.

We delivery same day, subject to the availability of our drivers. Next available delivery dates and times are listed on the checkout page.

We work with local hotels, property managers and resorts to ensure your order is delivered and put away in your vacation property in a timely manner while you are out enjoying Whistler. For full grocery service, please provide us with your hotel name, room number, and estimated time of arrival.

If it’s a Home delivery we do require access to the residence so deliveries are not left outside. Additional charges may apply for any grocery deliveries that don’t have someone available to receive the groceries on the first delivery attempt, and where no house access was provided.

If you are missing an ordered item please contact us immediately at (604) 907-7771 this is a Whistler number so if you are using a cell phone you may need to add a 1 and 604 when dialing. We will locate the item and bring it to you as soon as possible. After 24 hours, we can no longer be responsible for missing items. We “triple check“ all orders when they are picked up, packed and before they are delivered. It is extremely important for us to know if we made any mistakes so we can fix it immediately.

Our team understands the importance of quality when selecting your groceries. You can rest assured, when we shop for you, we only select the freshest items as though we were shopping for our own families.

Our groceries are sourced from local stores within Whistler. Our goal is to offer you a large selection of groceries.We attempt to obtain every single item on your list. At times, the item (s) you choose may be out of stock in the store. If this is the case, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement. If we can’t, we will let you know and refund you the item(s).

If you can’t find something on our site, we will be more than happy to add any groceries you suggest and do our best to locate them for you. At the end of your order please add those items not found on our site in the “special services” section and we will contact you about their availability

Alcohol, Beer, Wine and Spirits delivery can be included with your grocery order. 2 pieces of identification (1 must be a photo, government issued ID). Identification will be checked at delivery. (Canada law states you must be 19 years of age to purchase alcohol).

Tobacco products can be included with your grocery order. ID will need to be checked at delivery. (Canada law states you must be 19 years of age to purchase tobacco products). Please email info@whistlerdelivery.ca to request tobacco.

At Whistler Delivery Service, we want you to feel safe while shopping with us. That’s why we use Square for our credit card processing. Square is a trusted provider of Internet infrastructure services for the networked world. Millions of times each day, its SSL, identity and authentication, and domain name services allow companies and consumers all over the world to engage in trusted communications and commerce.

Square verifies our address and business standing for your comfort. In addition, they encrypt all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card number, as it is submitted to our Web server. Once received, your personal information is stored in our secure data center.
