Metta Espresso
For our trademark espresso we use a blend of beans from Latin America, Nicaragua and Sumatra to give the coffee a strong balanced taste.
For our trademark Metta Espresso blend, we roast the Latin American beans medium to provide the sweetness and chocolatey notes. We add in Byron?s Arabica when it?s available seasonally to add some brightness and the Sumatra component gives it the rich, earthy body and depth to balance out the blend. Our Metta Espresso stands on its own, stands up to steamed milk and stands out in a crowd.
