Our personal shoppers shop with care and double check all orders to avoid mistakes. However, if you are missing an item please contact us immediately at (604) 966-7770 or by email at [email protected] and we will work to bring it to you as soon as possible. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction with every delivery, and it is extremely important for us to correct any mistakes.
If you feel there is an incorrect charge on your credit card, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to identify the charge and settle any issues quickly and to your satisfaction.
We handle all customer complaints seriously. Please contact us immediately at 604-966-7770 or by email at [email protected] if you have any concerns about your groceries. We require you to contact us within 24 hours if you feel an item is missing. Our business rests entirely on delivering the highest quality of groceries in a timely manner so we always want to know if you are unhappy with your order.
Ordering
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and E-Transfer. You can determine which method you wish to use during the checkout process. All orders must be prepaid prior to delivery.
If you entered in the number and the expiration date correctly, your card may have been denied because the billing address you supplied us with does not match the address on file with your credit card company. Some credit card companies will not authorize the transaction unless we have the correct address – it’s for your own security.
If you wish to change an order, please email us at least 4 hours prior to your delivery time at [email protected] with your name and order number and let us know the items you would like to change (add or delete) and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Refunds and additional charges will be issued within 24hrs of the delivery time scheduled.
Canceling an order can be completed by emailing [email protected] and including your name, order number, and request for cancellation. Orders need to be cancelled 24 hours prior to your delivery date. Same day delivery cancellations need to emailed to us within 1hr of placing your order. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on any groceries once they have been delivered.

We are professional personal shoppers and shop every order with the highest level of care. Our goal is to always select the freshest groceries available to ensure you are receiving top quality items every time.
Our team of professional shoppers fulfill customer orders with the freshest and highest quality products available. If there is a question regarding a brand, size or substitution your personal shopper will attempt to contact you to discuss the options, and ultimately choose the next best choice.
To fulfill your order, we currently shop at all the local grocery and specialty stores in the area. Our goal is to offer you a large selection of groceries, and source hard to find items. Need something extra special? Contact us at [email protected] with your wishlist and we will provide a quote for special shops (ie. Vancouver shops, TNT Supermarket, Sebastian & Co. Fine Meats, etc.)
We shop multiple stores to fulfill your order. Our primary goal is to obtain every single item on your list. If your item is unavailable in Whistler, your personal shopper will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement.

Alcohol, Beer, Wine and Spirits can be included with your grocery order. Canada law states you must be 19 years of age to purchase alcohol. ID will be checked at delivery for anyone who looks under the age of 30 receiving the order.
Tobacco products can be included with your grocery order. Canada law states you must be 19 years of age to purchase tobacco products.
