  • Our service includes a $49 delivery fee plus 35% of your total grocery receipt.

    A 8% processing fee is applied to the final total.

    At checkout, a $20 authorization secures your payment information. Once your order is

    completed, we’ll bill the card on file for the final amount.

    You can update your payment method anytime using the link in your confirmation email.

  • We specialize in groceries, alcohol, and vacation essentials.

    For anything not listed on our site, simply select “Custom Item” and tell us what you’d like.

    We’ll do our best to source it locally within Whistler. If an item isn’t available, we’ll contact you

    with alternatives or options.

  • Delivery slots fill quickly, especially during Christmas and Spring Break.

    We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your preferred time.

    For deliveries within 24 hours, please contact us directly to confirm availability.

  • You can update or cancel your order using the link in your confirmation email.

    Changes and cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.

    If you need help, our team is happy to assist with changes.

    Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on any groceries once they have been

    delivered.

  • After delivery, your shopper will email you to confirm your order and note any unavailable items.

    You can specify substitution preferences during checkout.

    If an item you expected is missing, please contact us right away and we’ll investigate and make

    it right.

  • No, all orders are delivered pre-arrival, meaning no need for you to coordinate being home. We

    are here to save you time, enabling you to enjoy your vacation to its fullest.

  • Yes. If you need alcohol delivery, you can select this on our site and we will be in touch to

    custom create your shop. As per BC liquor laws, you must be 19 or older in order to receive

    alcohol.

  • Yes, we deliver throughout Whistler. We do not currently service Pemberton or Squamish.
